How do I send a repair?

If you have chosen to repair your handset through Fonefix, and official order email will be received by our supporting staff once you have selected your repair in the shopping cart online.

Repair and shipping process steps:
A CourierPost track pack will be dispatched to you within 24 hours that will include a return track pack and material to wrap your phone securely. Please note that two service request documents will be included in the track pack and you will need to keep one copy thereof and return the phone or device with the second copy of the service request.
When ready to send your phone to Fonefix, you can take it to any CourierPost agent. CourierPost can also be contacted on 0800 268 743 to arrange a collection or to track your shipment, alternatively please visit their website at http://www.courierpost.co.nz.
Upon delivery to Fonefix, an automated email will be generated from our system as notification that we have received your handset or device.
During the repair process you will also receive email notifications on key STATUS UPDATES to keep you informed at all times of the progress of the repair.
Once your repair has been completed, your handset or device will be packaged securely and a courier label will be printed, Fonefix will send you an email with a CourierPost tracking number. Please also note that every handset or device that is repaired by us and returned to you will include another CourierPost return label. The purpose of this label is for re-service bookings if/when your handset become faulty within the warranty period with the same fault and you need to return it to Fonefix.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship via CourierPost within New Zealand borders. The majority of orders take up to 48 hours to process, occasionally additional processing time may be necessary depending on item stock status.

How much does shipping cost?

Fonefix has no shipping cost/fees within New Zealand borders.
