Fonefix has a nationwide network of authorised dealers, enabling you to take your phone in to them to receive an estimated repair cost and to have your phone sent away for repair.

The dealer will give you a solid estimate based on a fixed price list, with the only stipulation being that if the estimate given to you is too low, Fonefix will contact you directly to discuss this and make a decision whether to proceed.

If you choose not to proceed due to a higher cost or if the phone is deemed Beyond Economical Repair, the phone will be returned to you without any form of service charge - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
