Fonefix Limited is a company aligned with the First Mobile Group, NZ’s premier Vodafone dealer, and we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic GSM Mobile Phone Technician to support our Mobile Phone Repairs operation based in Newmarket, Auckland.

We offer a salary and commission/bonus scheme depending on experience, including a great opportunity for career advancement. We are looking for top notch mobile technicians who have previous experience in hardware and software related products ? preferably in the NON warranty mobile phone repairs environment. Candidates will be responsible for level 1, 2 & 3 repairs including troubleshooting for failures. Previous experience in electronic test and repair will be required.

Overview of role: As a GSM Mobile Phone Technician you will be responsible for achieving personal production targets while maintaining the required repair quality standards, and will be responsible for fault finding, repair, service and installation of mechanical equipment.

Fonefix Limited, a dynamic mobile phone repairs company with an existing client base of 80 dealers and a number of corporate accounts across New Zealand is seeking a sales and service oriented individual who will be accountable for building and developing both existing and new sales channels plus direct business customers. Our fast expanding company seeks an exceptional sales person who can offer 110% commitment and determination to support our operation based in Newmarket, Auckland.

Your key product portfolio will include but is not limited to:
The successful candidate will have 3+ years business sales experience, and must possess strong customer service and account management skills, as well as outstanding hunter traits. Performance will be measured by a number of variables including revenue, gross profit and new customer growth.
