At Fonefix, we are committed to using only genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts in our repairs. However, this may be subject to supplier’s stock and supply availability. In this case, generic or aftermarket parts that have been tested and are of HIGH quality will be sourced to complete the repair.

We have a 98% success rate in sourcing genuine OEM parts/components and we take pride in this.
