Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Only unused and unopened items may be returned to Fonefix Limited. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an item. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days of the original invoice date. You must contact Fonefix via email for a return authorization before shipment. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any item shipped back prior to contacting Fonefix for authorization, will be sent back at the owner’s expense. Shipping cost is a non refundable item.
PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a product to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your order number and/or a copy of any conversations with our customer service personnel. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to be posted to your credit card. Return Freight Cost and Insurance When returning your item, we recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. Fonefix is not responsible for any merchandise lost during shipping. Freight and insurance costs associated with returns, for any reason, are strictly the responsibility of the sender. We share the shipping costs associated with a return for replacement. The customer pays for return shipping and insurance, and we will pay to ship the replacement. Price Protection Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. Your order is not binding upon us until we accept it. Should we not accept your order then any money we have received for the order will be refunded. All payments in relation to products are payable in New Zealand dollars. Non-Returnable Items Some items on our web page have a no return, exchange or credit policy. This is listed in the item description.
