Fonefix is doing our part as we all work with current COVID restrictions and help take COVID out of our communities – as an essential service, Fonefix will continue to provide services to Kiwis nationwide.

Our commitment to the health of our customers and team members is central to our thinking during these uncertain times. Whilst we remain operating with restrictions, will continue to actively review them and respond as necessary.

On top of the restrictions that we place during certain alert levels and traffic light system, we also have taken precautionary measures that include:

1. Increasing our cleaning and hygiene controls.

2. Preparing our teams to respond quickly to any emerging situation to best ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.

3. Asking any team members who report cold and flu-like symptoms to stay home, self-isolate, and call Healthline and get tested. Anyone who is feeling unwell is being sent home immediately.

4. All team members are required to wear a mask
